Near Death Experience was born in October 2002 by a project of Bruno (gt) and Giuseppe (vc).Their purpose is to mix musical ideas and concepts that they have never done with their former bands.After many auditions the groovy technic bass player Carlo and the drummer Antonio, formerly Machine of Hate’s member, enter in the line-up forming the powerful NDE rhythm section.Very soon the group begins to elaborate his own sound and gives birth to “In the Spectrum”, a four tracks mini cd that receives full appreciations of the critics.Even on stage Near Death Experience collects many satisfactions like the appearance at the famous “Arezzo Wave” Contest, the participation to the two important editions of “God Bless The Metal” and the gig with well-known band Necrodeath, always showing great stage impact and talent.After the making of “Near Death Experience” video, in wich the band gives proof of his own qualities, Carlo gives his role to Michele, formerly come death-progressive bands bass player.In 2005, with the collaboration of the Hwk Industries Studios, the band gives birth to “Threshold of Consciousness” meeting the favour of the public and the full appreciation of the critics.In the half of 2006 Carlo Santoro, the first NDE bass player, comes back in the line-up and, during 2007, two new members enters in the band, the drummer Ciccio "Rumore" Lumare and the rityhm guitar Pako Greco

I Near Death Experience nascono nell’ottobre 2002 da un progetto di Bruno (cht) e Giuseppe (vc).Il loro obiettivo è di unire idee e concetti musicali che mai avevano potuto fare con le loro precedenti band.Dopo molte audizioni Carlo, tecnico e talentuoso bassista, ed il batterista Antonio, già membro dei Machine of Hate, entrano nella line-up formando la potente sezione ritmica dei NDE.Molto presto il gruppo inizia ad elaborare un suo suono e da alla luce “Intro the Spectrum”, un mini cd di quattro pezzi che riceve il pieno apprezzamento dalla critica.Anche dal vivo i Near Death Experience collezionano molte soddisfazioni come l’apparizione al famoso contest di “Arezzo Wave”, la partecipazione a due edizioni dell’importante “God Bless The Metal” ed il concerto con i popolari Necrodeath, sempre mostrando grande impatto scenico e talento.Dopo aver girato il video di “Near Death Experience”, dove la band da prova delle proprie qualità, Carlo lascia il ruolo di bassista a Michele, già membro di alcune band death-progressive.Nel 2005, con la collaborazione degli Hwk Industries Studios, il gruppo da alla luce “Threshold of Consciousness” riscontrando il favore del pubblico e la piena approvazione della critica.A metà del 2006 Carlo Santoro, il primo bassista degli NDE, ritorna nella band e, durante il 2007, due nuovi membri entrano nella line-up, il batterista Ciccio “Rumore” Lumare e il chitarrista Pako Greco
